BOOKING & PAYMENT

A deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance is due 30 calendar days prior to the event. If full payment is not received on time, AliceBlue Florist reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to aliceblueflorist@gmail.com
 

Deposit Refund eligibility:
 

• 9+ months’ notice: Full refund
   

• 3–9 months’ notice: 50% refund
   

• Less than 3 months: Store credit only (valid for 12 months)

 

AliceBlue Florist is not responsible for cancellations due to client-related issues such as change of plans, vendor conflicts, or loss of venue.

 

WEATHER POLICY

​

Our vintage VW truck is highly sensitive to moisture and cannot operate in heavy rain or high humidity conditions. If inclement weather is forecasted within 14 days of the event, AliceBlue Florist may switch to a tent setup (same floral quantity and service). A 20% refund will be provided in this case.

 

If the client declines the tent setup, the booking will be treated as a cancellation under the weather-related terms: 50% refund of the total booking fee only if requested at least 14 business days in advance and approved by AliceBlue Florist.
 

ACCESS & SETUP

​

Client is responsible for ensuring suitable parking and ground access for the flower truck (flat surface, legal parking, and clearance for entry/exit). If parking or access is denied or delayed, service may be shortened or canceled without refund.

 

If an indoor setup or tent is used instead, the client is responsible for ensuring accessibility, flooring protection, and covering (if applicable).

 

LIABILITY

AliceBlue Florist is not liable for:

Personal injury, allergic reactions, or property damage caused by flowers, equipment, or any activity during the event.

Delays or cancellations due to accidents, mechanical failure, road closures, extreme weather, or force majeure.
 

The client agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage caused to the truck, floral displays, or merchandise by guests, venue staff, or other vendors.

 

Children must be supervised at all times near the truck and floral displays.

 

PHOTO USAGE

 

AliceBlue Florist reserves the right to photograph the setup and use event photos (including those shared publicly by the client or photographer) for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
 

FLORAL & DESIGN SUBSTITUTIONS

 

Due to seasonal and supply chain variations, specific flowers or colors may be substituted. All substitutions will be made with similar value and style in mind. Custom color palettes are available upon request and may incur additional design fees.
 

SERVICE TIME & ADD-ONS

Overtime requested on the day of the event will be charged at a rate of $250 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.
 

Final bouquet quantities and add-ons must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event and cannot be reduced afterward.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

 

Client agrees to communicate with the venue and provide all necessary permissions and logistical details (e.g. access times, security, vendor rules). Client must inform AliceBlue Florist of any stairs, elevators, or difficult terrain in advance.

PHOTO ACCESS & INTERIOR USE

 

For photoshoots, access to the interior of the flower truck is only permitted with advance approval and a $300 access deposit. Interior access is limited to the client and their photographer/styling team. No guests, children, or unapproved vendors may enter the truck at any time.
 

For wedding and event bookings, guests are welcome to take photos of the flower truck from the outside. However, interior access is strictly prohibited for all guests, vendors, and venue staff unless written approval is provided by AliceBlue Florist.

AGREEMENT

By submitting the booking form and paying the deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
